Shipping options of orders placed at Minji cosmetics

Minji cosmetics’ orders are processed, packed and shipped on weekdays only. Orders placed on the weekend and on bank holidays are processed on the next business day so their expected delivery is on Tuesday following the weekend or bank holiday.

If you want your order not to be processed immediately but eg. at the end of the month, after holidays etc., then please let us know in the ’Comments’ section during placing your order.

If you want to send the package as a gift, please enter the address of the recipient of the gift as the shipping address and please make sure to include it in the ’Comments’ section that the order is a gift during placing your order.


1. Home delivery

1.1. Hungary

Orders placed in Hungary are delivered by GLS courier service. Delivery is between 8 am and 5 pm on business days, so we recommend that you provide a delivery address where someone is able to receive the package during this period.

We’ll send you a notification email once your order is received and processed. Then, GLS sends an email when the package is handed over to them and the order is expected to be shipped within 24 hours after this email is sent. On the day of delivery, you will receive an email and/or an SMS from GLS that allows you to track your package.

Price of shipping to a Hungarian address when the amount of order is 15.000 Ft or below: 1150 Ft

Shipping to a Hungarian address if your order is over 15.000 Ft is free.

1.2. EU countries

Shipments to an EU member state, are covered by GLS courier service as well.

Home delivery fees for different EU countries:

Austria, Croatia, Slovakia and Slovenia: 3.500 Ft

Belgium, Czech Republic, Netherlands, Poland, Lithuania, Germany and Romania: 5.000 Ft

Bulgaria, Denmark, United Kingdom, Estonia, France, Ireland, Latvia, Luxembourg, Italy, Sweden: 6.500 Ft

Greece, Finland, Portugal and Spain: 9.500 Ft

Shipping to an EU country if your order is over 50.000 Ft is free.

If the package is visibly damaged, the Customer is obliged to verify the damage of the package in the presence of the courier. If the damage becomes evident in the presence of the courier and the damage occurred during shipping, we provide a replacement for your order in the coming 14 days. In this case, the damage can be confirmed by a record taken by the courier.

In the event of a delay in delivery or failure to complete the order, the webshop will not be liable for any compensation or complaint.


2. Pick-up in person

You can pick up your order in person every Wednesday between 5 pm and 6 pm at Café Mundo (1146 Budapest, Dózsa György út 5.). In the case of personal pick-up orders, the amount of the order must be paid in advance, no cash on delivery payment option is possible. As soon as you place your order, you can pick-up in person the next Wednesday. If the order is received by noon on a Wednesday and in case of direct bank transfer the amount is received before noon as well then your order can be picked up the same afternoon.


3. GLS ParcelShops

Orders can also be picked up from GLS ParcelShops which is a convenient option for those who work or study between 8.00 am and 5.00 pm and otherwise wouldn’t be able to receive their package at home or at work.

More than 100 GLS ParcelShops provide nationwide coverage, many have longer open hours, often open in the weekends as well. Click here for the list of current GLS ParcelShops.

GLS sends you an e-mail about the time when your order is ready for pickup at the chosen GLS ParcelShop, then you should pick your parcel up within 4 business days.
